Insider One connects to the systems that already hold your customer, catalog, and campaign data. That way you activate the data without rebuilding it somewhere new. This article lists the platforms with a documented integration and explains what to do when the platform you need is not on the list.

Google Ads | |
Meta | |
TikTok |
For an overview, see Remarketing Segments.
Building an integration that is not listed
A platform without its own article can still be integrated, using the building blocks below. This is custom work, so scope it with the Insider One team before you commit to a launch date. The effort depends on the platform, not on Insider One.
Building block | What it does | Reference |
|---|---|---|
Upsert User Data API | Writes customer attributes and events into Insider One | |
Webhook | Sends data out to an external endpoint | |
Call an API in Architect | Calls an external service during a journey | |
Product catalog feed | Brings catalog data in by XML or API | |
Data governance and user data APIs | Manages consent, export, and deletion |
What to do next
Check the directory first, and if your platform is listed, follow its setup article. If it is not listed, bring the requirement to the Insider One team early. A custom integration needs scoping before it can be planned into a launch.
