Language models and data protection

Agents use a large language model (LLM) to understand customer messages and write replies. Insider One doesn't train or fine-tune models on customer data, and it sends the LLM only the information necessary for processing.

Insider One develops the Agent platform in alignment with key General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) principles, including data minimization and purpose limitation. As a data processor, Insider One implements appropriate safeguards to support GDPR compliance for its enterprise customers. Customers remain responsible for obtaining a valid legal basis, including consent where necessary, from their end users.
