Generate Text option is available in both SMS product and SMS channel in Architect journeys.

If you need inspiration or assistance crafting your SMS messages, you can always use the Generate Text option. This feature is a valuable resource, helping you generate content that aligns with your goals and ensuring the creation of impactful and engaging SMS messages.

To use an AI-generated text, follow these straightforward steps in the Design step of your SMS campaign creation:

  1. Click the Generate Text button to see the side modal. 
  2. Input a prompt that you'd like the text to be generated around.
  3. Select your use case and industry to define the context for generating the text.
  4. The language option will be the default language in your panel.
  5. If you want to include emojis in your copy, you can check the Include Emojis box.

    This option indicates that the AI can generate copies with emojis. However, not all options might include emojis.
  6. Click the Generate Copy button.
  7. The modal offers 8 suggestions, 4 advanced suggestions, and 4 standard suggestions. To see more, click the Generate More button.

    Advanced and standard suggestions in the AI Text Generator are only available in the SMS channel in Architect Journeys. However, they will be available in SMS in the future.

    In standard text production, the information you enter is sent anonymously to OpenAI, and the suggestions are generated. In advanced text production, your website is analyzed, and suggestions are made based on the combination of the information entered in the fields. This results in more personalized and brand voice-appropriate suggestions.
  8. To use a suggestion, select it and click the Apply button.
  9. After clicking the Apply button, the generated copy will be added to the respective field in your SMS campaign.
