You can generate an email template from a prompt, so you start your design with a ready layout and copy instead of a blank page. When Insider One has a Business DNA profile for your website, the generator applies it automatically. This way, the template matches your brand without you describing it in every prompt.

Generate a template from a prompt
In the Design step of your email campaign, you can generate a template by describing the email you want in a prompt. The generated template opens in the Drag & Drop Editor, where you can keep editing it.
How Business DNA is applied
If Insider One has built a Business DNA profile for your website, every AI-generated email template automatically follows it. You can review and edit the profile in Branding Settings. The generator applies the following:
Logo: The generator places your logo in the template header.
Fonts: The template uses your brand font stack for headings, body text, and buttons.
Language: The generator writes the copy in your website language, unless your prompt asks for another language.
Tone of voice: Your CTA style, urgency level, and preferred and prohibited keywords shape the copy.
Visual style: Your design language, layout patterns, corner style, CTA treatment, and emoji usage shape the layout.
Brand context: Your positioning, value proposition, and target audience shape the message angle.
Choose colors
Business DNA does not include colors. Choose a color in your generation request. If you do not choose one, the generator uses the default palette detected from your website.
Limitations
Business DNA applies only to newly generated templates. Existing templates and campaigns stay unchanged.
If Insider One has not built a Business DNA profile for your website yet, the generator uses the platform defaults. No error appears.
If your profile is partially filled in, the generator completes the missing parts with generic defaults.
AI template generation gives you a branded starting point for your email. Business DNA applies your logo, fonts, language, tone, and visual style, while you choose the colors in each request. Next, refine the generated template in the Drag & Drop Editor.
