In this step, you review your subscriber setup. SMS Subscribers is an overview page with two sub-pages:
Subscriber Base
Unsubscription Management
The page reflects the choice you made in SMS Consent Settings. The button reads Check Subscriber Analytics when your consent type is defined, and Go To SMS Consent Settings when it is not.
Refer to Use Phone Numbers as Identifiers for SMS for details on the phone number format. Refer to Manage SMS Global Unsubscribe for further information about the Unsubscription Management.
Subscriber Base
The Subscriber Base page lets you choose how your subscriber data will be collected.
To upload subscribers, refer to Subscriber Collection, and refer to SMS: CSV Upload via Saved Segments and SMS: Lead Collection Templates for numbers you have already collected.
For Türkiye, this page includes a required IYS Integration Confirmation section. You will enter your IYS Code later on the Business Information page.
To send SMS campaigns in Türkiye, you must first integrate with IYS, Türkiye’s official consent and unsubscription management system. After completing IYS integration, confirm that it is properly configured for SMS sending in Türkiye. Without this integration, your campaigns might not function as expected.
