You cannot make any changes to External Platform Integrations without having either an Administrator or an Editor with PII access in InOne. Refer to User Roles for further information.
Checkout Event Synchronization enables seamless syncing of customer information from Shopify's checkout page to Insider One. It allows you to view each user's checkout actions (events) on Insider One's InOne panel and segment them using the Checkout Page View event across messaging channels and Architect.

Understanding Checkout Event Synchronization
With the Checkout Event Synchronization feature, you can track customers who are logged in and visit the checkout page or enter contact and shipping information on the first page of the Shopify Checkout Page, and who continue on the checkout page with detailed parameters, including product details and user information. This event can easily be utilized by the abandoned checkout emails on Architect.
This event is tracked by Insider One when:
A user who is logged in visits the checkout page.
A user who is logged in updates the items on the checkout page.
A user enters contact and shipping information on the first page of the Shopify Checkout page and continues to the next step.
Insider One utilizes Shopify Checkout Webhook.
If you want to use the synced checkout event data in the OnSite channel, you can do so only via the Architect's OnSite channel.

Configure Checkout Event Synchronization
Checkout Events are automatically configured and come directly to Insider One; you only need to activate the Shopify Integration from Insider One's InOne panel.
User Data Collection from Shopify to Insider One
Below is the list of user information shared between each platform. When you turn on User Synchronization between Shopify and Insider One, Insider One collects the following information from Shopify.
