To collaborate with your team on the Insider’s InOne panel, you’ll first need to invite them to your account. Only Account Administrators and Group Administrators can add new users. If you hold one of these roles, you can quickly invite your teammates by following the steps below.
To create and invite a user to your account:
Go to the User Management tab in the top-left menu.

Click the Invite User button in the top right corner of the screen.

Enter your team member's email address. Select a role that you want to assign to your team member. You will see a brief description of the role when you select it.

If you select the Administrator role for the user, you can also assign them as the group administrator.
Regardless of the role, you can add the user to a group when inviting them.
(Optional) Select Allow the user access to Personally Identifiable Information data on the User Profiles option to enable your team member to reach the profile view page of the User Profiles, and export campaign (lead collection and survey) results.
(Optional) Select the "Expire the user's access at the selected End Date" option to grant your team member temporary access.
You cannot assign the administrator role to a user with temporary access. Additionally, you can grant temporary access to a user for up to 30 days.
Temporary access will expire according to your timezone. For example, if access is granted to a user until February 18th, it will expire on February 18th at 23:59. When their access expires, users will receive an email notification.
(Optional) Select the Restrict the user's access to the products you select option to add the product(s) to which your team member should not have access. Once you select the field, you can see the list of products and click on them to select.

If you invite a user from a different domain, you will see a pop-up warning to be aware of potential mistakes and need to confirm before proceeding.

Click the Invite button after you provide the necessary information. Then, the user will receive an email to start their registration.
