Before starting the integration, you can read about In-App in Architect.

To use the in-app channel in your journeys:

  • You need to complete Insider's SDK integration. Select your platform to start with the integration.
  • You need the SDK integration to collect the Email and Phone Number attributes. You can also pass this data to Insider as well.
  • If you want to run cross-platform journeys, including your web platform, you must integrate the Insider Object and the Insider Tag on your website. With the Insider Object, you need to share the Gdpr Optin, Email, and/or Phone Number data, depending on the identifier you want to use on both your application and website. This integration is required to unify and target users across platforms.

If your company obtains your users' consent in compliance with the local regulations, make sure to pass the GDPR opt-in field to Insider One. If you want to stop collecting and processing the data of an identified user, GDPR opt-in field should have the false value. Insider One cannot be held liable if these obligations are not fulfilled and reserves the right to seek compensation from your company.
