After you launch your journey, you can see the Arrived, Processed, Success, Failed, and Dropped metrics on the Call an API element on the canvas.
- Arrived indicates the number of users who have arrived at the Call an API element.
- Processed indicates the number of users who are taken into the process to perform the desired action.
- Success includes how many request statuses are successful. Statuses between 200 and 299 are considered successful.
- Failed includes how many request statuses are failed. The statuses between 400-599 are considered as failed. Users whose request fails moves on to the next element.
- Dropped displays the number of unreachable users on the Call an API.
