The date range and export format depend on the analytics surface you use. A viewable history limit describes how much data you can select on a dashboard at once. An export range describes how much data one report can contain.
The analytics pages support ranges up to one year, while Overall Analytics supports up to two years.
Viewable history: You can select a date range of up to one year.
Historical availability: The selected period does not need to be the latest year. For example, you can select a one-year period in 2023 if journey data exists for that period.
Export range: Use a date range within the dashboard’s one-year selection limit.
Architect Overall Analytics API
The API accepts date ranges longer than one year and periods older than the past year.
The API range is different from the one-year dashboard selection limit.
Transactional Journeys Analytics
Export range: The export uses the filters and time range selected on the dashboard.
Format: XLSX
Contents: The workbook can include consolidated metrics, journey-level metrics, goals, and formulas.
The reports are scheduled from the Executive Summary Dashboard.
Available report ranges: Fixed options from the last 24 hours through the last 90 days.
Schedule: Reports can be generated daily, weekly, or monthly.
How the settings work: The frequency controls when the report is generated. The selected report range controls the period covered by its data. E.g., selecting a monthly frequency with the last 30 days as the range produces a monthly report covering the preceding 30 days.
On-Site channel analytics and collected results
Viewable history: Select a period with the date picker.
Analytics export: Available through Export Analytics.
Lead Collection, Survey, and other collected-result exports: Available through Export Results.
Formats: XLSX or CSV.
Survey and feedback results
Maximum export range: One year per export
No-data behavior: An export cannot be generated when the selected period contains no collected data.
Format: CSV for collected-data exports because of XLSX format limitations.
Delivery: Smaller reports download directly. Reports that take longer are delivered by email via a download link.
Access: The requesting panel user must have permission to access the report.
