How does it work?

  1. You set up a Click-to-WhatsApp campaign in Meta Ads Manager.

  2. A potential customer clicks the ad and starts a WhatsApp chat with your business.

  3. The customer completes a purchase on your website or mobile app.

  4. Insider One’s system records the purchase and sends the event to Meta through CAPI.

  5. Purchases are linked to your ad campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, giving you clear ROI insights. By default, the attribution model is Last Click, with a 7-day attribution window.
