If your website serves multiple languages, you can configure the Notification Center to display in each language your visitors use. Translations are set at the template level in the Style step and apply to the Notification Center title and unread status text.
Notifications are displayed to users based on their detected language. If a user's language does not have a translation configured, they will not see the Notification Center.
Prerequisites
Before adding translations, confirm the following:
A language system rule is implemented on your website. This is required for Notification Center to detect and match the user's language. Contact your Insider One team or refer to your system rules setup if this has not been configured.
You have completed the Style step of your Notification Center template. Translations are added within this step.
Add a translation
The Notification Center allows you to display promotions in a designated location on your website. You can easily configure your languages and translations with the Add Translation feature if you have a global website with multiple languages.

In the Style step, click the Add Translation button.
Select the language you want to add and add the translation.
Enter the translated text for the text fields.
To add more languages, click Add Translation again and repeat steps 2 and 3 for each language.
Click Save to apply your translations before moving to the next step.
What happens if a translation is missing?
If you attempt to create a notification for a language that has no translation configured, Insider One will display an error message and prevent the notification from being created. Add the missing translation in the Style step before creating notifications for that language.
Please remember to generate the InOne panel. Otherwise, no change will be visible when you test or release your campaign.
