This guide outlines the supported action types for the WhatsApp channel on MindBehind.
Two action types are supported:
The end-conversation keyword in Mindbehind chatbot settings and the keyword used for unsubscription in WhatsApp settings must be different. If the same keyword is used for both, the user will trigger unsubscription while simply trying to end the conversation. Therefore, these keywords should always be set differently.

It's recommended not to use * content * on buttons because buttons are already being displayed with bold characters and have a blue color on WhatsApp.
