This guide outlines the action types supported on the WhatsApp channel. Two action types are supported: Message Action and Selection Action.
The end-conversation keyword in Mindbehind chatbot settings and the keyword used for unsubscription in WhatsApp settings must be different. If the same keyword is used for both, the user will trigger unsubscription while simply trying to end the conversation. Therefore, these keywords should always be set differently.
Message Action
