Email Settings allow you to configure the settings that will apply to your email campaigns. To navigate to this page, click your username > Settings > Inone Settings > Email Settings.

On this page, you can configure:
Goal Conversion Duration
The goal conversion duration applies to bulk emails. This setting helps you set a duration during which the revenue will be attributed to the overall email revenue metric. This duration is 7 days by default. You can set it in minutes, hours, days, and weeks, up to a 365-day duration.

If you want to change the goal conversion duration on the campaign level, you can configure it on your campaign's Launch step.
Double Opt-in
The double opt-in applies to Architect emails. This setting enables users to confirm their email address before being added to your email list and receiving your email. It is a double confirmation of their subscription to your newsletter or to any services that require their email address. Double opt-in in email marketing is a good way to ensure GDPR compliance and keep your email list clean.
The default opt-in selection enables you to send emails to single- or double-opt-in users.
Check the Enable Double Opt-in settings box to add your confirmation page URL, and select your default opt-in type.
Webhook for Email Events
This setting applies to all promotional emails. To get email events, check the Enable webhook for email events box and add a webhook URL and a secret.
For further details on webhook cases and requests, refer to Webhooks for Email Events.
Webhook for Email Events is available for existing customers, but not provided as a solution for new customers. You can use the Insider Webhook instead if you start using Insider's Email product after October 4, 2024 or haven't used the webhook for email events before.
Email Throttling
Email Throttling setting applies to bulk emails. It helps you manage the total email volume delivered to ISPs by evenly distributing it across the hourly limits you set. This ensures system stability, prevents ISP rejections, and improves overall deliverability.
Read more on Internet Service Provider-Based Throttling.
The configured throttling limits will be applied to the total email volume from all simultaneously launched campaigns, not on a per-campaign basis.
If your package includes Email Throttling, you can enable it in the Email Settings. If you do not see this option, you can contact the Insider One team to upgrade your package.
RSS Feeds
The RSS Feeds setting applies to bulk emails. It allows you to access and share the latest content updates from your website with your users. You can add a new one by clicking the Add RSS Feed button.
Central Bounce

Once enabled, this setting applies to Architect emails and bulk emails. Permanent bounces across all Insider accounts are flagged as Central Bounce, in which bounces can be caused by the recipient's email address being invalid or the domain name not existing. When uploading any file to Static Segments, users are checked against Central Bounce and counted as bounced if they exist. You can also see the count of these users on List Upload Confirmation emails under Total Bounced Users.
