You can use a Scratch Card template to:

While designing it, you can customize a Scratch Card in the Settings menu:
Content page to collect user data (e.g., email, phone).
Success page to display final messages or rewards.
The Scratch a Card template includes 2 page by default and currently does not support the Add a Page feature.
Content Page
The Content page is the only page where you can collect user data (e.g., email, phone). The key components of the Content page are:

Concealed: Choose from default card designs or upload your own to match your branding.
Revealed: Decide what appears once the card is scratched:
If the revealed item is the Coupon Code, configure the coupon settings. If it is an image, upload an image of your choice.
Scratch Tool
Customize the scratch tool icon from default options or upload a custom 48 x 48 pixel image.
Scratch Tool is only visible on desktop campaigns.
Success Page
After the scratching, users land on the Success Page, where you can display final messages or rewards. It is a fully customizable layout to display a reward message, coupon details, or further calls-to-action.
