If you receive no Web Push notifications, after checking the operating system and browser levels, check whether you have enabled opt-in settings. Then, you can continue troubleshooting in the Web Push Settings.

Ensure that your website address is accurate on both the Inone and Web Push Settings pages. If not, the user will not receive your push notification.

Check Web Push Settings

For Web Push Settings, click the Setup Settings tab to ensure your URL is correct.

Check Inone Settings

For Inone settings, click your username and navigate to Settings > Inone Settings > Account Settings. Verify that your URL is correct in the Web & Social section.

Ensure that your website's address is correct in both areas. If not, get in touch with the Insider One team.
