Conversion Rate Uplift, as a Variant Metric, is calculated based on the ratio of the conversion rate (CR) of the variant (var) to that of the control group (CG).
Formula: Var (CR) / CG (CR) - 1
Below is a sample calculation of the Conversion Rate Uplift.

In the example above, you can see the CR of both the variant and control groups. Placing them in the formula gives the Variant CR Uplift displayed in the table below.
CR Uplift = Var (CR) / CG (CR) - 1
CR Uplift = 0,0498 / 0,038 - 1
CR Uplift = 0,31 = 31.0%
