User Profiles (UP) is the front-end implementation of the Unified Customer Database (UCD). Insider collects and unifies user information from different sources (e.g., web, mobile, CRM, email, etc.) and then displays this information on the UP page. This page provides data for individual users.
You can provide your members with user access to view the PII (Personally Identifiable Information), users' personal data, or user profiles from the User Management page.
You can leverage the User Profiles page for various purposes in various verticals. For example, a car seller can use it to filter for desired users and to collect insights from their previous activities.
