Standard Segments: Reachability on Channel

The Reachability on Channel segment shows the number of users who are reachable on each channel. You can use this to target or exclude users based on whether they can be reached via a specific channel.

This is particularly useful for maximizing campaign effectiveness by focusing on users who are reachable on your chosen channel(s).

Requirements

To use this segment:

  • Each selected channel must be subscribed, activated, and configured.

  • At least 1 reachable user must exist in the respective channel.

  • Ensure the required key-value pairs for reachability are present in your panel.

Channel requirements for Reachability

To use reachability on channels, ensure that the key and value pairs are present on your panel and they have values:

wpt (web push token) should be available

device token should be available

email should be available in case Email is selected as an identifier in the settings

If you are using double optin, double_optin should be available
