How can we send push and InApp session logs to Google Analytics?
Please go to Application Settings > Integrations and fill in the related fields in Google Analytics Track ID and Event Category. Refer to Sending InApp and App Push Events to Google Analytics 4 for further details.
What is Google Analytics Track ID?
All of the Google Analytics Properties have their Track IDs.You can find the Track ID in your Google Analytics account by going to Admin > Property > Property Settings. You can use this ID as your Track ID on the Mobile App panel. If you use one property for Android and iOS platforms, you can proceed with a Single Property. However, you should use Multiple Properties if you have different properties for these two platforms. In Multiple Properties, the first area is for iOS, and the second is for Android.
What is the Event Category for Google Analytics?
In Google Analytics, all events have an event category and event action. You can compile events from Insider One into a category name. For instance, if you set your event category to Insider, it will be displayed as Insider in Google Analytics.
Why can’t I make changes to External Platform Integrations in InOne?
To make any changes to External Platform Integrations, you must have either Administrator or Editor with PII access in InOne. Refer to User Roles for more information.
