Why do I not see any AppsFlyer events on the Insider One's User Profile?

  • First, make sure that you have followed the steps outlined in Sending AppsFlyer In-App Events to Insider One to verify that the integration process has been completed correctly.
  • You might be sending the Insider ID as a static value. Ensure that the Insider ID is sent in your event callbacks.
  • Ensure that your integration is active on Insider and AppsFlyer Dashboards.
  • You might be sending data using the Set Additional Data method; make sure to use Customer User ID (CUID). If you need assistance setting up the CUID, contact the Insider One team at AppsFlyer or contact their support team directly.

Why do I only see event syncing for single-user?

You might be sending Insider ID as a static value; ensure that Insider ID is being sent in your event callbacks.

What is Insider ID (InsiderID in SDK Method)?

Insider ID (InsiderID in SDK Method) is an internal ID that Insider One maintains for each user. To find the Insider ID, you can refer to the Profile ID on the User Profiles or call the related method mentioned in the prerequisites.

Does CUID need to be the same as UUID on the Insider One's InOne panel?

No, UUID and InsiderID are two different entities. The UUID is a unique user identifier that you can set as optional, while the InsiderID is an internal ID maintained by Insider One for each user, which needs to be used in the AppsFlyer integration. Please do not set the UUID as the InsiderID. Make sure you are calling the correct method and using the InsiderID.

Should I Set Additional Data when syncing data from AppsFlyer to Insider One?

No, please do not use the Set Additional Data method. Instead, ensure you use the Customer User ID (CUID) when syncing data to Insider One. If you need assistance setting up the CUID, contact the Insider One team at AppsFlyer or contact their support team directly.

Why can’t I make changes to External Platform Integrations in InOne?

To make any changes to External Platform Integrations, you must have either Administrator or Editor with PII access in InOne. Refer to User Roles for more information.
