FAQ about Approvals

Prev Next

Who can access the Approvals page?

All users can access and view the Approvals page. However, the actions available (approve, reject, cancel) depend on the user’s role and permissions.

Can approvers take action without opening the campaign?

Yes. Assigned approvers can approve, reject, or cancel approval requests directly from the Approvals page without opening the campaign itself.

What happens if someone else cancels the approval request for my campaign?

If another user with the required permissions (Admin or Editor) cancels your approval request:

  • The approval flow is reset.

  • The campaign becomes editable again.

  • Collaborators must resubmit the campaign for approval before it can be launched.

All relevant parties are notified when an approval request is canceled.

Can Collaborators change approvers after submitting a campaign?

No. Campaigns cannot be edited while the approval process is active. If changes are required, the current approval request must be canceled first.

What happens if an unassigned Admin or Editor cancels the request?

The approval cycle is reset, and the campaign must be resubmitted for approval before it can be launched.

Can users edit campaigns from the Approvals page?

No. Campaign editing is not supported from the Approvals page. To make changes, users must first cancel the approval request and then navigate to the campaign settings.

Where can I see approval history and logs?

All approval-related logs and history are accessible directly on the Approvals page, ensuring full transparency and auditability.
