Search Relevancy

Search Relevancy is a step in the Eureka setup process that optimizes Eureka's search engine performance for your most important keywords before you go live. You share up to 100 of your popular search terms per locale, and Insider One's team optimizes the search results for those keywords, so you launch on a clean, tuned search baseline.

Search Relevancy is part of the search experience setup, so it appears once you integrate search on your website. During the initial Eureka Setup, the step is shown automatically if you selected either of the following options:

  • Use Eureka JavaScript SDK to display and rank products in your search result page

  • Show Search Pop-up on your website

If you integrate the Eureka Search SDK or add the Search Pop-up, you need to complete this step. If neither option was selected, the step is not shown.

In Eureka Settings, the Search Relevancy tab becomes available after your first locale is fully configured in the Onboarding Center. Use it to run the analysis for any additional locales.
