You can see the following metrics for conversational messages: Sent metric for both first messages and responses, Delivered, Responses and Response Rate for each positive, negative, and other response messages, Click, Opens, Open Rate, Click-Through Rate, Click from each positive, negative, and other response messages, Conversion, Conversion Rate, Conversion from each positive, negative and other response messages Revenue metrics, and also their trends.
