The number of users who enter Architect journeys is cumulated as of the first day of each month. This number is calculated from all journeys and considers the user entry for a specific month. It does not consider the launch date or any other parameter, but only the number of users that enter journeys in the respective month. You can also see this number on the Architect Analytics page.
The limits of Architect packages are as follows:
Enterprise: 5x Purchased MTU Limit
Growth: 3x Purchased MTU Limit
Essential: 1x Purchased MTU Limit
If you notice any discrepancies in the number of users who entered Architect journeys between the Architect Analytics page and the Usage Analytics page, you might consider two cases:
Architect Analytics currently excludes journeys without messaging channels, while Usage Analytics includes all journeys.
Architect Analytics excludes deleted journey produced data, while Usage Analytics includes them since entered count is already increased.
