Insider One’s App Survey product supports an NPS question type where users rate 0–10 using a linear scale or emoji template, alongside Short Answer, Single Choice, Multiple Choice, Linear Scale, Dropdown, and a Thank You page (which can carry a coupon). Multiple question types can be combined in one campaign, and NPS scores and comments export to Excel with user identifiers. The survey is shown in-app and can be triggered by events, which is how a "post-meal" prompt would be wired.
