Model Context Protocol (MCP), also known as connecting AI assistants such as Claude to your Insider One analytics data, is an open protocol that allows AI clients to securely interact with platform data and capabilities through a standardized interface.
At Insider One, MCP enables AI-powered tools to understand and query analytics and create campaign and template drafts, while fully respecting Insider One's authentication, authorization, and data governance rules. Instead of manually navigating dashboards or exporting reports, you can ask analytical questions and receive structured, accurate answers based on real Insider One data.
How does MCP work at Insider One?
Insider One MCP acts as a controlled bridge between AI clients and Insider One APIs. The AI client never accesses Insider One systems directly. All requests are:
Authenticated
Permission-based
Logged and validated
