As you design your template, you can personalize the countdown element with various settings to create a sense of urgency and enhance campaign performance.
Design & Customization
Select a countdown design from the available options to customize the countdown element, then customize the number, text, separator, and background colors.
Three types of countdowns to create urgency are available:
Timer: The countdown starts when the user views the campaign and runs for a set duration.
Date: The countdown ends on a specified date and time, adjusting to the user's local time zone.
Recurring: A countdown that resets and runs daily at a specified time.

Additionally, you can modify the time elements in the right menu. The text dynamically translates based on the selected language in the Launch step. For instance, if you choose English, the campaign displays x hours, y minutes, or z seconds to users on your website. If a translation is unavailable, English is used as the fallback.
You can refer to the video below to learn how to configure a countdown element:
Local Time Zone Alignment
The countdown is based on each user's local time zone, not the time zone of the panel user. This means it will expire at the same local time for every user, regardless of their location worldwide.
For example, if the end time is set to June 23rd, 3 pm in the InOne panel:
Panel user’s time zone: UTC+1
For a user in UTC+3:
Countdown ends at 3 pm UTC+3
This corresponds to 1 pm UTC+1
For a user in UTC-3:
Countdown ends at 3 pm UTC-3
This corresponds to 7 pm UTC+1
This ensures a consistent experience for all users by aligning the countdown to their local time.
