The Custom Rules trigger your campaign based on a set of customized conditions. You can create custom rules to combine several rules, or when you cannot target the desired page(s) using default rules. You can either use previously created custom rules or create a new one (e.g., Custom Rule - is - My custom rule).
The Insider One team or you create the custom rules. We strongly recommend you implement the full-scope Insider Web SDK or Insider Object to avoid potential issues. If you encounter any issues, please create a request in the Insider Help Center.
