If you can’t open the Action Builder, follow these steps:
Ensure the Insider One Tools Extension is installed.
Disable other extensions → Some browser extensions might block the Action Builder.
Enable third-party cookies → Check your platform settings. If third-party cookies are disabled, allow them in your browser settings.
Check that redirects keep the Action Builder parameters unchanged → The Action Builder adds parameters to your page URL, either after ? or after #. These parameters are case-sensitive. If your website redirects the page, the redirect must keep their names and values exactly as they are. If a redirect removes, lowercases, or rewrites them, the page stays on the “(2/2) Hold on while we’re loading your website to position your template.” screen. Ask your developers to exclude these parameters from redirect and URL rewrite rules.
Check for console and network errors → If the issue persists, open your browser’s developer tools (F12 > Console/Network) to find any errors.
If the problem persists, contact the Insider One team and include any error messages you see.
