The CRM Attributes segment allows you to target users based on CRM data stored about them.

You can use any previously created CRM attributes to build your audience.

Example: CRM Attribute - contains - last_searched_flight - JFK

Offline Customer Engagement

  • Contact offline customers for surveys and feedback

  • Target offline customers for onsite product recommendations (not based on offline behavior)
