How the Custom sement works
Select the Custom segment option.
Assign your operators for:
Recency (e.g., greater than, less than, equal to)
Frequency
Monetary value
Combine these conditions to define the exact RFM profile you want to target.

Example Use Case
Custom RFM: Recency 4, Frequency 3, Monetary 4
Targets high-value customers who have purchased recently, buy often, and spend more than average.
