What does day/week/month mean in Recurrence?
In the Recurrence section, you can select when to send your campaign to the users. You can select delivery at any time, day of the week, or month.
What does campaign duration mean?
Campaign duration is the period during which the recurring campaign starts and ends.
How long will the campaign remain active if no date selection is made in the campaign duration?
As soon as the campaign is launched, the push deliveries will begin until they are manually deactivated.
How does the push notification function when the frequency capping is set to Never?
The user will receive the push notification only once. Even if the user is in the campaign segment, they won't receive the push notification again.
What does re-eligibility duration mean?
Re-eligibility duration helps you limit the number of times a user will receive a conversion/recurring campaign in a specific period. You can set it up in minutes, hours, or up to 30 days, or you can set it up as never, which means a user will only receive that conversion/recurring campaign once. The re-eligibility duration is on the campaign level, and it will not affect any other campaign.
