Page Behavior

The Page Behavior rule allows you to trigger your campaign based on a user's scrolling or exit intent on your website.

Page Behavior rules are available for On-Page Web Templates.

  • Exit Intent: Targets users when they are leaving your website. This rule is available for on-page web templates (e.g., Exit Intent - is triggered). It works as a Fast Scroll Up rule for mobile devices.
  • Scroll Down (px): Triggers your campaign if a user scrolls down by a certain number of pixels (e.g., Scroll Down (px) - {500 pixels}).
  • Scroll Down (%): Triggers your campaign if a user scrolls down by a certain percentage (e.g., Scroll Down (%) - {50%}).
  • Scroll Down (%) then Up (px): Triggers your campaign if a user scrolls down by a certain percentage and then up by a certain number of pixels (e.g., Scroll Down (%) then Up (px) - is - {50%} - {500 pixels}).
  • Scroll Down (%) then go to top: Triggers your campaign if a user scrolls down by a certain percentage and then goes to top (e.g., Scroll Down (%) then go to top - {50%}).
  • Screen Orientation or Size Change: Triggers your campaign when the screen orientation or size changes (e.g., Screen Orientation or Size Change - is triggered).
  • Reach to Certain Element: Triggers your campaign when a user reaches a certain element on the page. In other words, you might want to mention an element on your website as the last stop to trigger the campaign. For example, if you set #footer as a certain element, the campaign will trigger when the user reaches it. (e.g., Reach to Certain Element - is - {#myElementId}).
Except for Exit Intent, Scroll Down (px), Scroll down (%), Page Behavior rules are available for OnSite and Architect campaigns.
You can’t use an “or” condition between exit intent and other rules because exit intent is an action-based rule, whereas the others are not.

Use Cases
