If you use default or custom global unsubscribe pages from Insider and want to send emails without global unsubscribe links or with your unsubscribe link, you will see the following fallback unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.

If you want to use your own unsubscribe link and manage your unsubscribes on your end, you should inform Insider One's Operational Excellence Team to deactivate the subscription tracking and send your unsubscribe data to Insider continuously to sync with Insider's suppression lists. You can use Insider's Upsert User Data, Resubscribe Email Users, or Unsubscribe Email Users from Database APIs to send the global unsubscribe, group unsubscribe, and resubscribe events to Insider.
