Can we add more than 2 buttons to InApps?
No, InApps can be launched with one button, two buttons, or without a button.
Can we launch an InApp without a close button?
Yes, you can remove the close button. You can also configure the close button color and set the background color the same as the close button to hide it.
What are the customization abilities on the title and the message?

Can we change the font type of the message?

You can change the InApp design by adjusting the colors. You can also change the opacity level to make the background transparent.
Can we add unique coupon codes to the InApps?
Yes.
How should the format of the unique coupon codes be?
It should be created with CSV format, including a unique coupon code in every row.
Is there a restriction on the number of coupons for the dynamic coupon codes?
No, as long as the file does not exceed 10 MB.
Can we add unique coupon codes that include special characters?
Yes.
Can we see which coupon codes are used or not on the panel?

What happens after the coupon codes are finished?
The InApp campaign will automatically stop. Additionally, InApp from pushes will stop.
Can we add a static coupon code to the InApps and let users copy the coupon and use it?
Yes. To do that, you need to add static in the CSV file as you do for unique coupon codes. For example, if you want to display a static unique coupon code 250 times, you need to add it in the CSV file 250 times.
When we send a test InApp with a dynamic coupon code, we see {coupon} instead of the real value. What could be the reason?
If you see the InApp with {coupon}, it means that the coupon codes have been successfully uploaded. To avoid consuming unique coupon codes, the system shows the {coupon} expression for InApp testing.
How many buttons can we add for the InApps?
You can add up to 2 buttons.
While adding deeplink to the InApp, should we use key-value format?
No, it is not mandatory. If you don't have key-value deeplink integration, you can use URL-type deep links.
What is the difference between Push Permission and Open Settings?
Open Settings redirects users to the device settings page. Push Permission helps app owners ask for push permission (on iOS) by using the InApps. If a push permission pop-up appears once, it will never be shown again. This is due to operating system limitations, to not bother users too much.
How does Tag Event work?
Tag Event allows you to trigger an event when that button is clicked. This event does not have to be predefined. These events can be used for segmentation later. When entering the event name, make sure the event name consists of English-only characters, is lowercase, and uses underscores instead of spaces.
Can we assign a deep link to the close button?
Yes, you can.
How do InApps disappear from the screen and when?
The InApps disappear when the user clicks the close button or clicks outside of the InApp.
Is it possible to provide a pixel tracker to InApps for third-party software to track campaign results?
No. Any custom data, code, or software cannot be integrated into the inapps.
While testing the InApps, we first received the push notification. If we launch the InApp campaign, will users receive the push notifications as well?
No. Push notification for InApps is delivered only for testing purposes. When the standard InApp is launched, the user will see it after the application is opened.
While testing the InApps, even if we configured the InApps to be triggered on a specific page (for example after the user makes a purchase), we see the InApp on the main screen. What could be the reason?
InApp tests should be conducted only for testing the design and appearance of the InApps. When the campaign is launched, the InApp will be triggered after the desired event is performed and will be shown on that specific page.
For InApp A/B test, can we set different deep links on buttons for each variant?
Yes, you can set different deep links on different buttons for each variant.
Can we configure the pages on which the InApps will be displayed?
You can display InApp Once Per Session, which means users will see the InApp only once in a session. To see it again, they need to end the session and return. You can display InApp Once Per Event, which means users will see the InApp every time they trigger the selected event. When you select this option, Event Trigger Count will disappear. If you want to show the InApp on a different page or after a specific action, you need to implement an event and send it to us.
What does Priority mean?
Priority determines which InApp will be displayed first when trigger settings are the same. The lower the number, the higher the priority. When you set up multiple InApps on the same trigger, this number determines which InApp will be displayed first.
Can we set the re-eligibility of showing the InApps?
Yes. You can decide by setting frequency capping. Re-eligibility helps you limit how many times a user can see an InApp within a certain period. You can set it to minutes, hours, or up to 30 days, or set it to never, which means a user will see that InApp campaign only once ever. Re-eligibility is at the campaign level and does not affect other campaigns.
How can we ask users to rate our app?
The InApp buttons have different use cases. The Feedback button opens the default app rating prompt on the application. Apple allows applications to display the app rating prompt to their users up to 3 times in 365 days, while Google also suggests against excessive usage of the app rating prompt.
