Can I show the Lead Generation with just one page?

The Lead Generation template has two pages: lead generation where you ask for the lead and thank you page where you display the appreciation message and offer coupon codes. You can disable the Thank You page and make it a one-page campaign.

What kind of information can we collect with Lead Generation?

You can ask for three types of information in the lead generation field: email, phone number, and text.

Can users enter information that is not in the valid format?

No, the validation type will help you validate the email or phone number. Emails will require the correct form with “@” and a valid domain type. Phone numbers will require 6 to 14 digits. You can, of course, select none. The validation text will appear as a toaster message when users enter an invalid email/phone number.

In the scenario where the phone number is desired to be collected if the user clicks on the input area, will the device keyboard turn to numbers automatically?

No, the keyboard will be shown like before and in the default appearance.

Is it mandatory to tick the checkbox that is included in the in-apps?

No, it is not mandatory. You can change the required option of the checkbox on the panel.

Is it mandatory to provide a link on the checkbox?

No, it is not mandatory.

Can we collect feedback from users through lead generation?

Yes, you can get short feedback from users with simple inputs. If you set the Input Validation Type to Text, the users are allowed to enter any information into the field.

Can we add more than one button to the lead generation inapps?

No, you can use one button.

What kind of directives can we assign to the lead generation button?

You can move the user to the next step with the Submit button.

Even if I click on the Next button on my lead generation campaign, I couldn’t move to the next step. What could be the reason for it?

Firstly, ensure you follow all the campaign creation steps. If all the information is correct, check the requirements of the Thank You page.

Can we add an image to our lead generation campaigns?

Yes, you can add images and texts to the lead generation campaigns.

Can we launch full-screen lead generation campaigns?

Yes, you can launch full-screen campaigns.

Can we launch two-paged inapps without having any input field?

No, it is mandatory to have an input field for two-paged lead generation inapps.

Can we show the unique coupon codes that will be used in the lead generation inapp anywhere we want?

No, the coupon codes can be uploaded to the Thank You page under the text section.

Can we show the lead generation inapp and Thank You page on different pages?

No, these two pages can be displayed consecutively during the same session.

How can we see the responses of the lead generation?

You can click the Leads button, which is located under the results page.

Can we see which feedback belongs to which user?

Yes, you can see the feedback of the users in the Excel file you export. To see which feedback belongs to which user, you need to select the user's information you want from Application Settings > User Primary Identifier.

Can we see more than one user’s information in the Excel sheet?

No, you can see the user feedback/answers based on just one identifier.

Can we ask multiple questions and get multiple answers from users from one lead generation campaign?

No, you can gather just one input information from one lead generation campaign.
