Insider Help Center's AI-powered assistant aims to help you with quick questions regarding campaigns, reporting questions, general questions, and basic troubleshooting.

While you can use the pre-defined categories to narrow down the scope of your question, you can also directly submit your questions in the chatbot.

Starting a chat

To reach the AI assistant:

1. Go to the Insider Help Center and click the assistant widget in the bottom right corner.

2. Choose one of the options you need assistance with. The available options help you get direct answers to your specific questions. You can choose Campaign Creation, Troubleshooting, or Insider Platform Guidance/Issues, or check your previous tickets

3. Based on your choice, proceed to narrow down the options. The example chat below follows the Campaign Creation > Architect > Starter Condition path.

If you want to ask a question without choosing one of the options, you can directly type your question and submit it to get an AI-generated response.

Prompt examples

The AI assistant is designed to help you with quick and general questions. That's why it is crucial to submit precise and short queries for better-quality answers. Below you can see some prompt examples.

  • I have a social proof campaign but it is not visible when I test it.
  • I'm sending a test email but I cannot receive it. What could be the reason?
  • Can we change the design of an email for the dark mode?
  • I want to create my email designs in HTML. How can I do this?
  • The Insider tag is not initialized. What could be the reason for that?
