Your product catalog must be integrated for Eureka to operate. Insider stores your product catalog details in its Product Catalog Database, regularly processing any updates to ensure that the search results are always effective.
The product catalog database integration is realized via three different methods:
Crowd-based Product Feed Collection (Clickstream)
Product catalog information is processed whenever customers visit your website and product detail pages. This integration type requires integrating Insider Tag functions, after which Insider will collect and process all product information.
XML-Based Product Catalog Integration
With this integration type, you can provide your own XML product catalog as a source for Insider's product feed. Integration can be made through Insider One's InOne panel, and all the product attributes provided in the XML file can be matched with Insider Custom Product Attributes through Insider One's InOne panel.
Product Catalog API Integration
With this method, you can send your product catalog information through insertions and updates to Insider's data ingestion API.
You cannot use the XML and API integration for the product catalog simultaneously; you can only enable and use one of them.
