Transactional Routes
SenderID approval processes are the same for transactional routes to use the SMS transactional API.
URL links and Phone numbers blocked effective 1st June 2024
As per the recent update from “Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission” (MCMC), please be aware that messages containing the below content are prohibited and will be rejected by the mobile operators starting 1st June 2024:
- URL links
- Requesting for users' personal information
- Telephone numbers
We highly recommend you:
- Remove URLs from your SMS content.
- not ask for the user’s personal information
- remove “Telephone number” from your SMS content.
Please consider that URLs whitelisting is not allowed.
