Custom Goals are additional goals you can add to your campaigns to track extra conversion actions.

Add a Custom Goal
To add a custom goal, you can either create a new goal or use an existing one:
Create a Custom Goal
If you want to add a new goal to the campaign:

Click Create Goal to open the side modal on the right side of your window.
Set a name for your goal.
Select one goal you want to track from the available Goal Types.
Enter the required value in the fields depending on your desired goal type.
Select a Rule Match Type depending on your goal type and save this step.
Add an Existing Goal:
You can also reuse previously created custom goals from other campaigns:

Click Add Existing Goal to open the dropdown list.
Search for and select a goal you’ve used before.
Even if the same goal is added to multiple campaigns, the conversions are tracked separately for each campaign.
If you add a new goal or select one from the existing ones, you can also set it as the Primary Goal.
Custom goals appear in the Conversion Criteria dropdown under the Custom Goal section on the Campaign Analytics page.
To find all of your Custom Goals, navigate to Components > Onsite Goals > Goals page.
Filter Goals
You can filter your goals based on the Goal Types.

Delete a Custom Goal
If you want to delete a goal, click Delete next to it. You will receive a warning both about confirmation and if it is in use.
