Unless the customer requests the user’s removal from Insider, the user remains in the system, and push notifications continue.
If the customer requests the user’s deletion, Insider removes the user, and push notifications stop.
In the case of uninstalls, Insider detects an uninstall after sending a normal or silent push notification. Mobile push opt-in remains unchanged, but the user is marked uninstalled, and no further push notifications are sent.
Insider sends silent push notifications to all users at midnight. These notifications are invisible to the users.
