We're having issues with the open count

We are having issues with the Open count. What should we do?

For iOS, the usage of UNUserNotificationCenter can affect the open logs. If you made modifications to the appDelegate notification related methods, this may be required to be applied inside the didReceiveRemoteNotification hook.

It may also be due to different push providers. For further details, refer to the push handling issues. These steps may be required even if no other provider is in the project.
