The Campaign Prioritization feature addresses a crucial need for organizing the sending of multiple campaigns simultaneously. Instead of dispatching every SMS message at once, you can send them in a smart order. By offering the option to prioritize campaigns, Insider ensures more reliable delivery and accurate campaign completion metrics, which reflect true engagement rates.
How does SMS Campaign Prioritization help?
It allows you to prioritize a specific campaign, ensuring it launches at the designated time with a more accurate calculation of estimated delivery times. By prioritizing a campaign, Insider can allocate the necessary speed to maintain the desired message throughput, thus providing precise timing information to you.
How does SMS Campaign Prioritization work?
Campaigns are given priority based on their starting time. When you select the Send Later option in the Launch step of your SMS campaign, the campaign will be listed with a Scheduled status on the Prioritization tab.
When the designated time arrives, the status will change to Running, and you can monitor its progress bar.

If you designate another campaign for the same hour, you must select an alternative time to continue; you will then see the earliest suggested time to launch your campaign.
