You cannot make any changes to External Platform Integrations without having either an Administrator or an Editor with PII access in InOne. Refer to User Roles for further information.
You can integrate Insider One into your platform through your Adobe Launch account. This integration enables you to add Insider One as an HTML tag using Adobe Launch. To configure the integration:
- Log in to your Adobe Launch account and go to the property where you want to integrate Insider One.
- Go to the Rules tab.

- Click the Add Rule button to add an Event.

- Select Core for Extension and DOM Ready for Event Type. Then click the Keep Changes button to save this step.

- Add an Event to add your Insider Tag. Select Core for Extension, and Custom Code for Event Type.
- Select the HTML and click the Open Editor button to add your Insider Tag.

- Add your Insider Tag in the editor.

- Once you click the Save button to save the custom code, you will see your rule as follows.

- Click the Save button to finish your rule setup.
- Once you create the rule, create a new library.

- Select the Environment to publish the Insider Tag, add the Insider rule, and save your configuration.
Once you test your integration, you can publish it on production.
