Insight Agent is your self-service analytics assistant. Ask questions about your marketing performance and customer data in plain language, and get instant visuals you can save and organize into your own dashboards; no SQL, and no waiting on reports.
Insight Agent is available to all accounts.
How Insight Agent helps you
Instead of navigating dashboards or writing queries, you simply ask, for example, "How did our email campaigns perform last month?", and Insight Agent answers with a clear chart or table. It reads and explains your data and can suggest where to look next, while you stay in control of any decisions.
You can ask about:
Campaign and channel performance across SMS, Email, Web Push, WhatsApp, OnSite, Smart Recommender, Eureka, and Journeys: Totals, trends, and rankings (for example, your top campaigns by revenue).
User and audience behavior: Cohorts, retention, churn, funnels, and audience sizing.
Your own connected data: Questions over external data sources you've connected, such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks. Channel performance and audience questions work out of the box; questions about an external warehouse require that the source be connected first. Check with your admin if you're not sure whether yours is.
Example prompts
"How did our email campaigns perform last month?"
"Show my top 5 SMS campaigns by revenue this quarter."
"What's our 30-day retention by country?"
"Compare web push and email conversion over the last 90 days."
"Which audience segment converted best in our last campaign?"
Widgets and custom dashboards
Every visual, such as a chart, table, or KPI card, that Insight Agent generates from your question is a widget. Widgets are the building blocks of your analytics.
Build widgets by asking. Each answer can become a widget you keep.
Create your own custom dashboards. Pin the widgets you care about to build a dashboard tailored to what you track.
Save them. Save your widgets and dashboards so they're ready next time, and keep monitoring them over time.
Build and save a dashboard
Ask a question. Insight Agent answers with a widget right in the chat.

Add to Dashboard. Add the dashboard if you want to keep to a dashboard.

Build your custom dashboard folder. Keep pinning widgets to assemble a dashboard around the metrics you care about if you don’t have any folder-related metrics.

Save it. Save the dashboard so you can reopen and monitor it anytime.

What Insight Agent can and can't do
It's read-only. Insight Agent reads and explains your data; it doesn't create or change campaigns, segments, or any other live configuration. For that, you'd use an action-taking agent such as SMS Agent.
Its advice is non-blocking. Insight Agent may flag something useful alongside an answer, for example, that a similar message recently went to the same audience, or that a metric looks unusual compared to your typical range. These notes are informational only; they do not stop you from proceeding, and you can disregard them.
Add a timeframe and a channel. For sharper answers, say “SMS revenue in May” instead of “SMS performance.” The more specific the question, the more precise the chart.
