The Insider One Live mobile app is a native iOS application that enables MindBehind Live users to manage live conversations directly from their iPhone. Agents can receive assigned conversations, respond to customers, and continue conversations handed over from AI agents while away from their desktop.
The app is generally available on the Apple App Store for all MindBehind Live customers and does not require a separate package or add-on.
