What does day/week/month mean in Recurrence?

In the Recurrence section, you can select when to send your campaign to the users. You can select delivery at any time, day of the week, or month.

What does campaign duration mean?

Campaign duration is the period during which the recurring campaign starts and ends.

How long will the campaign remain active if no date selection is made in the campaign duration?

As soon as the campaign is launched, the push deliveries will begin until they are manually deactivated.

What does Frequency Capping mean?

Frequency Capping allows you to control the number of App Push notifications a user receives within a given time period. You can configure it daily at the channel level. For example, if you set it to 1 per day, the user will receive only 1 App Push notification from your app per day, even if multiple campaigns are scheduled.

What does re-eligibility mean?

Re-eligibility helps you limit how many times a user can see a campaign within a given period. You can set it up for minutes, hours, or up to 30 days, or set it to never, which means a user will only see that campaign once. Re-eligibility is on the campaign level, and it won’t affect any other campaign.

How does the push notification function when the re-eligibility is set as Never?

The user will receive the push notification only for one time. Even if the user is in the segment of the campaign, he won't receive the push notification.
