When does the Total Engaged Users count decrease?

Two different calculation methods are in effect for this metric. If the customer uses Uninstall Analytics, this count decreases at 00:00. If the customer doesn't use the uninstall analytics, the Total Engaged User count is updated after the customer sends any push notification.

Can we see the Total Engaged Users count day by day on the panel?

No, you can only see the current Total Engaged User count.

Is the Session graph the same as Active Users Today?

No, the Active Users Today includes the unique users who open the app at least once in the day. But the Session on the Sessions graph isn't unique. For example, a user opens the app two times a day; the count of Active Users Today increases by 1, while the count of Sessions increases by 2.

When does a session start and end?

When users open the application, the session is started. When users kill or take the app to the background, the session ends.

How does the App Usage by Day and Hour graph work?

The App Usage Graph shows the users' activity on the app based on day and hour. Activity increases when the color gets darker.

What is the refresh frequency of the App Usage graph?

The graph shows monthly data that refreshes instantly.

What does the New User graph show?

The New User graph shows the number of new users who perform their first session in the app. It shows monthly data.

Can we see how many users download the app in a day on the mobile platform?

No. For Insider to be able to identify a user, the user needs to perform a session at least once in the application where the Insider SDK is included. Therefore; since users who have downloaded the application but have not opened it yet cannot be defined, it is not possible to display the number.

What is the unit of Average Session Duration?

The Average Session Duration metric indicates how long users stay active on average during a single session in the app. The value is measured in seconds.

I only see the iOS devices on the Most Used Device Modals graph. Is this expected?

The Android platform has more than 200 different device model, while iOS has more or less 25 different models. Therefore, when the total Android user count is divided by the model count, the user count per model is usually lower on Android.

Can I see the statistics based on the platform? (Android/iOS)

Yes, you can change and select the platform that you want to see statistics at the top left of the panel.

Can I customize the Mobile Dashboard statistic type base?

No, the dashboard page is static and unchangeable. You can't add new metrics or remove existing metrics.
