# Why does our custom font look different in the email?

If you are using a custom font in your email design and it looks different when you test it, it means the font is not supported by your ISP or the browser.

To avoid such cases, you can add a Fallback Font through **Settings** > **Inone Settings** > [**Custom Fonts**](https://academy.insiderone.com/docs/inone-custom-fonts).
